As the shades come out for the warmest February day on record, revel in the news that one of London’s hottest rooftop bars has just launched its spring cocktail menu

East London hot-spot Jin Bo Law, which has a rooftop bar boasting panoramic views of the London skyline, couldn’t have been luckier with the launch of its news spring cocktail menu.

As London basks in the warmest February day on record – 20.1°C in Hampton Water Works, south-west London, breaking the record set in 1998 when the temperature reached 19.7°C in Greenwich in February 1998 – the stylish bar on the 14th floor of the Dorsett City Hotel is offering a new selection of Asian-inspired cocktails.

Aligning with Jin Bo Law’s Chinese heritage and influences, which can be felt throughout the bar’s opulent golden interior, highlights from the new cocktail menu include the Chinese Rose (Hennessy whisky, hibiscus flowers, lemon, liquorice and five-spice honey), Eye of the Buddha (Citrussy spring flavours featuring yuzu juice, Prosecco, Bacardi White and Yuzushu sake), and Mandariňa (a fruity burst of flavours, with FAIR Kumquat Liqueur, Plum Sake, Lime and Monkey Shoulder Whisky).

So head for the rooftop and take in landmarks such as Tower Bridge, the Walkie Talkie, the Gherkin and the Shard while sipping a revitalising spring cocktail.
