DEFINE London Launches Rooftop Barre & Brunch Summer Sessions

Ground-breaking fitness empire DEFINE London teams up with The Trafalgar St James hotel for a unique rooftop workout followed by a healthy brunch 

DEFINE London, which recently launched its first cutting-edge, luxury fitness studio in Fitzrovia, has teamed up with The Trafalgar St James hotel to launch a rooftop barre workout overlooking Trafalgar Square, followed by a healthy brunch.

Taking place on select Sunday mornings over a six-week period from 13 May (excluding the bank holiday), DEFINE London founder Ashley Verma, together with her team of fitness experts, will be leading 50-minute full-body workouts in a fabulous alfresco setting.

The head-to-toe body blazing sessions incorporate an intense mix of isometric moves, thigh and glute sequences, chiselling arm and ab challenges and elongating stretches. The workouts aim to increase strength and flexibility to give you that lean dancer’s physique – and it all takes place under the gleaming sunshine (hopefully!).

One of the full body workouts includes the never-before seen concept of Barre Balance, a unique variation on the traditional barre workout that incorporates a bosu ball into a 50-minute calorie-torching session that delves deeper into muscle weaknesses to eliminate body imbalances.

The workouts are tough and effective, and oh-so-worth-it when followed by a healthy brunch in the ambient The Trafalgar Dining Rooms on the ground floor. From a blowtorched mackerel and quail egg salad to acai yoghurt bowls and protein coconut power balls, this brunch will guarantee to re-energise and refuel you following the session on The Rooftop.

DEFINE London has paired each weekly session with pop-up experiences, giving you the chance to sample some of the UK’s top wellness brands, including KIN NutritionSweaty Betty111 CryoNosh DetoxRejuvenation Water and Sports Philosophy.

The 50-minute sessions commence at 10am, followed brunch in the Trafalgar Dining Room from 11am-12pm. Priced £45pp.
